Licensing - Control and application of licensing provision from vendor with regards to the hire & lease of the units.

Provision - GPS unit & in-car charger, ‘getting started guide’ & FAQ to give to customers, customer Terms and Conditions of Use form.

Safety Camera Locations – Units are provided with the locations of safety cameras.

Replacement - 48 hour replacement unit/parts if one is damaged or destroyed (usually within 24 hours). Subject to stock availability.

Advertising - Upon start up each unit will display a bespoke Northgate Plc splash screen, for example 'Satellite Navigation unit supply by Northgate plc', or other advertising message.

Buy-Back -Access to a 'buy back' scheme after the completion of a One year hire contract. Separate T&C’s apply.

Damage Settlement Service - Hire SatNav reclaim all damaged & missing equipment surcharges directly from the customer saving admin time and liability.

Customer Services – Hire SatNav standard offering includes customer support.

Traffic Alerts – GPS unit will update with traffic information en-route and route the user around congestion (via Bluetooth connection with compatible mobile phone & mobile data transfer).

Advertising/Point of Sale Material. Hire SatNav can provide ‘A’-boards for the front of buildings, flyers and stands, tent cards and posters advertising the GPS hire service. Other POS also material available
