When I connect my TomTom device to an Apple Mac computer nothing happens. What can I do?

Try the following:
- Connect your TomTom device to a computer using a USB
cable or Home dock.
Your device asks if you want to connect to the computer. - Tap YES to connect.
- TomTom HOME starts automatically (otherwise check that TomTom HOME is installed on your computer and install if required).
Your TomTom device does not ask if you want to
connect to the computer.
Try the following:
- Make sure your device is fully charged before
connecting it to the computer.

Reset your device by pressing the reset button on
the bottom of the device (you can use straightened-out
paper clip to press the button) and keep the reset
button pressed for 15 seconds.
- Make sure your Tomtom is connected to the computer
and then turn on the device using the On/Off button.
- Try using a different USB port.
Connection to your computer may not be successful, if you use a USB hub or a USB port that is on the keyboard or on the front of a desktop computer or a USB port that has not supported by your computer vendor.
