Service activation failed (error code 1506).
You may get the error message 1506: Service activation failed – this means that you temporarily cannot activate your TomTom PLUS trial. Please try again later.

Promotion already activated for this device (error code 2007)
When you attempt to activate the TomTom PLUS promotion and you receive the error message 2007 it means that the promotion has already been activated on your device.
The password “plus” can only be inserted once on each device. After you have activated your trial, you will need to insert the same username and password that you use to login to your account on the TomTom website even if your month of trial has not expired yet.

Unknown username and password combination. Please, re-enter (error code 2023/2024).
You may receive this error message 2023 when the username and password entered to access TomTom PLUS services are not correct.
Please, select again the PLUS service you are trying to access and enter them again; your username and password are the same that you use to login to your account on the TomTom website.
